FUTURE - UOVII Wave 1 Reveal!

After much delay, here are the Universe of Violence II figures from Wave 1 - Satyrant weighing in at approx 2.5" tall and Venus Maneater who is slightly shorter at 2", yet makes up for it in beef.

I hope you enjoy this first look at the figures from Wave 1!

Side by side for height comparison.

Satyrant posterior view.

These are still the early prototypes and the figures may undergo some minor changes to make them more suitable for molding and casting, which is well underway.

Stay tuned for more release info as well as the launch of my storenvy website!

FUTURE - StratoMaxx Super Robot on Kickstarter NOW!

Here's another neat project to get behind, the upcoming Super Robot StratoMaxx by Stratos for the tabletop miniatures game, 'Kaiju Kaos'.
This resin model stands at 13" tall, 7" wide wing span and comes with a 6" diameter terrain base.

Check out the link and see for yourself! < HERE > Theres a tonne of cool extras (like weapons and vehicles) and add-ons (like previous Kaiju Kaos figures) to consider as well. I cant wait to see this guy all painted up!

The Kickstarter Campaign is 1/3 of the way thru, sitting on $990 of the $3K needed to suceed. and has a further 21 days to go.
Dont forget you can always pledge now and not pay anything until the kickstarter successfully ends, if not you don't get charged a cent.

Spread the word to help make this fun idea a reality!

PRESENT to FUTURE - Cthulhu Wars News

The folks at Fenris Games have been hard at work, pumping out one figure after another for Sandy Petersen & GEG's upcoming Cthulhu Wars game, which is really shaping up to be an epic masterpiece.
Cthulhu Wars boasts not only the standard base game, but a whopping 21 expansion packs filled with over 125 of H.P.Lovecraft's mythos creatures that have all been reworked and realised into these stunning figures.
Sadly, the ETA for the game has been delayed to February next year, however GEG are hard at work trying to dispatch everything in one big shipment! Thats not gonna be easy, I definitely don't envy those guys one bit right now.
We're all anxiously awaiting the arrival of the game, but until then we can feast our eyes on some W.I.P pics of the games sculpts.

More of Richard Luong's incredible artwork for the game, this one is for the Tsathoggua faction art card.

If you're interested in downloading the digital copy of Richard's artwork for the game, just follow this < LINK >. The good news regarding this artwork is that Richard has announced there will be a separate Kickstarter Campaign specifically for published versions of the book in either a soft-cover version suggested at $25 or a hard-cover version which is set at $50 for now. Apparently, there will be a special version of the book with some secret extra that has yet to be revealed. Interesting! There has already been talk and requests for a premium leather-bound edition, but nothing has been confirmed about that as of yet.

Keep your eyes peeled on the Kickstarter campaign for more updates < HERE >, or on the Cthulhu Wars Facebook page < HERE >
I will also do random posts between now and when the game ships first quarter 2014 right here on my blog.

Last but not least, Happy Birthday Sandy Petersen!! :D

PAST to PRESENT - Long Overdue Update

So I've been laying low since I had some bad times just recently.
One of my much loved dogs Pippin was diagnosed with bone cancer a few months back that quickly spread thru her body... Last monday we sadly had to let her go. I've been spending more time with her brother, keeping him busy getting him in shape again (myself too, for that matter)

Things have somewhat settled now, so Ill be more diligent in making updates and posting stuff here on my blog.

Miss you heaps...
